Setting Triggers in Jira Software
First, you will need to send a test while creating the flowbot.
Therefore, create a suitable issue in Jira Software.
Once you have created the issue, set the trigger in Jira Software. Return to My Projects on the left side of the screen.
Enter the page titled "[Copy] When an issue is created in Jira Software, add data to Notion" and click edit in the upper right corner!
↓
Click on "When an issue is created" under the Jira Software icon!
↓
App Trigger Title and Trigger Action are set to "When an issue is created"!
Since you are using the template prepared by Yoom, there is no need to input anything here. You can easily use Yoom's services without having to create a flowbot from scratch!

↓
Press Next and enter the subdomain.
The subdomain is in the URL of Jira Software, so you can copy and paste it!

Next, enter the project key for Jira Software.
The project key differs for each project created, so remember the key for the project you want to link with Notion.
Checking the project key in Jira Software is easy!

Click on the project at the top of the Jira Software page and click to display all projects!
The key is next to the project name.
If there are other projects you want to reflect in Notion, it will be easier if you keep track of the keys.

Once you have entered the subdomain and project key, press the test button just below.
It will be displayed in blue as "Test Successful", so save it!
This concludes the trigger settings for Jira Software.
Let's proceed to the Notion settings.
Notion Settings
Click on "Add Record" under the Notion icon!
↓
The Title and Execution Action are already entered here, so enter the Notion database ID.
↓
Then, continue to add the content you want to record in Notion.

When you hover over and click inside the input box, you will see an option like "When an issue is created" as shown in the image above, so press it.
This will display a list of information that can be added to Notion, so just select the ones you want!
It is recommended to choose items that correspond with the content of the boxes, such as Subject = Issue Title.
↓
After making your selections, press the test button, and if successful, check Notion!
The content from Jira Software is added to the specified page. Once confirmed, don't forget to press save.
Next, try creating a new issue in Jira Software. How about that! The issue created in Jira Software is automatically recorded in Notion!
The moment of creating a flowbot is the happiest...!
This concludes the creation of the flowbot. Thank you for your hard work!
