Step 1: Integrate Chat Plus and SendGrid with My Apps

First, register the apps you will use with My Apps.
By registering with My Apps in advance, you can smoothly proceed with the subsequent automation flow settings.

To register with My Apps, click "My Apps" on the left side of the Yoom screen, and then click "+ New Connection" on the right side of the screen.

Enter Chat Plus in the search box and select Chat Plus from the displayed options to proceed to the next screen.
Enter the "Account Name" and "Access Token" of the account you want to integrate.

*About the Access Token
Enter the API token issued from this page in the "Access Token" field. After setting the "Password" on the API token issuance screen, click "Issue API Token" to display the API token in red text. Enter the displayed API token.

[Register SendGrid with My Apps]

Enter SendGrid in the search box and select SendGrid from the displayed options to proceed to the next screen.
Enter the "Account Name" and "Access Token" of the account you want to integrate.

Registration is complete if Chat Plus and SendGrid are displayed in My Apps.

Step 2: Set Up Chat Plus Trigger

First, configure the Chat Plus trigger.
Click "When chat starts" from the copied template.

Set each item as follows and click "Next".
・Title: Can be changed as needed
・App: Select Chat Plus
・Account information to integrate: Select the account you want to integrate
・Trigger action: Select "When chat starts"

Next, configure the Webhook event reception settings for the app trigger.
Copy the Webhook URL in the red frame below and set it from the Chat Plus management screen according to the steps on this page.

Once the setup is complete, run a "Test" and save it if successful.

Step 3: Set Up SendGrid Action

Next, configure the SendGrid action.
Click "Add new contact to contact list".

Set each item as follows and click "Next".
・Title: Can be changed as needed
・App: Select SendGrid
・Account information to integrate: Select the account you want to integrate
・Trigger action: Select "Add new contact to contact list"

Next, configure the items for adding a new contact.
Refer to the output obtained from Chat Plus and set each item appropriately.

For the username of the new contact, there are fields for "Last Name" and "First Name", but since the username obtained from Chat Plus is not separated into "Last Name" and "First Name", set the full name in the "Last Name" field.

For the list ID, select from the candidates displayed when you click the "List ID" field.

Once the setup is complete, run a "Test" and save it if successful.

Step 4: Turn On the Trigger and Verify Operation

All settings are now complete. Turn the trigger "ON" and verify the operation!
