Before Getting Started

First, if you do not have a Yoom account, please create one from the Yoom Account Creation Page. You can start immediately!

Step 1: Connect Discord and Your kintone My App!

(1) After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left column and choose "+ New Connection".

(2) Click on Discord from the list of new connections in My Apps.
(3) Enter your Discord account name and access token, then press "Add".

(4) Next, register kintone. Click on kintone from the list of new connections in Yoom, just like in step (1).
(5) The new registration screen for kintone will appear, so enter the subdomain, client ID, and client secret in the three fields, and click Add.

(6) The following content will appear, so check it and click Allow if there are no issues.

Step 2: Set the Trigger!

This time, we will use the provided template.
(1) Click on "When a record is registered" in the app trigger.

(2) If there is no error in the account information linked with kinton, click "Next".
(3) The API connection settings screen for the app trigger will appear. Enter the trigger start time and database ID, and click "Test".
If there are no errors, click "Save" at the bottom.
* Trigger start intervals can be selected from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
* The selectable intervals may vary depending on the plan.

Step 3: Set the Action!

(1) Next, click on "Notify on Discord".
(2) If there is no error in the account information linked with Discord, click "Next".
(3) In the API connection settings, enter the Webhook URL and message content, and click "Test".
