Now, let's get started!

Step 1: Connect DocuSign and Notion to My Apps

(1) After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left column and click "+ New Connection".

(2) From the list of new connections in My Apps, click on DocuSign.
(3) Sign in to DocuSign. Enter your email address and click "Next".

(4) On the next screen, enter your password and click "Log In".
(5) Next, connect to Notion. Similarly, click on Notion from the list of new connections in Yoom.
(6) From the access request image, click "Select Page".

(7) Check the page you want to allow and click "Allow Access".

Once the connection is complete, DocuSign and Notion will be registered in Yoom's My Apps.

This completes the My Apps registration.

Step 2: Setting Up DocuSign Envelopes

(1) We will use the template introduced earlier. Click "Try it out" on the banner below.

Click on "When an envelope is completed" in the app trigger.

(2) From the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen in DocuSign, check if there are any errors in the account information linked with DocuSign, keep the trigger action as "When an envelope is completed," and click "Next."

(3) From the "App Trigger Webhook Event Reception Settings" screen, copy the Webhook URL and configure it in the DocuSign management screen.

Once the configuration is complete, click "Test," and if no errors occur, click "Save."

Step 3: Retrieve Information of a Specific Envelope

(1) Next, retrieve the envelope information by integrating with DocuSign.
Click on "Retrieve Information of a Specific Envelope."

(2) From the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen in DocuSign, check if there are any errors in the account information linked with DocuSign, keep the action as "Retrieve Information of a Specific Envelope," and click "Next."

(3) From the "API Connection Settings" screen, check the red line and enter the account ID.
Keep the envelope ID set to "{{EnvelopeID_Trigger}}" and click "Test."

If no errors occur, click "Save" at the bottom.

Step 4: Update Notion Records

(1) Next, integrate with Notion to set up record updates.
Click on "Update Record (ID Search)."

(2) From the "Database Integration" screen in Notion, check if there are any errors in the account information linked with Notion, and keep the execution action as "Update Record (ID Search)."

Check the red line and enter the database ID.
Once the input is complete, click "Next."
(3) From the "Database Operation Detailed Settings" screen, ① select the condition of the record you want to update from the dropdown.
② Select the value of the updated record from the output.

Once the input is complete, click "Test" at the bottom, and if no errors occur, click "Save."
(4) Finally, click "Turn on Trigger."
