As you proceed, the template will be automatically copied to your workspace.

Click on My Projects on the left, and the template you just copied will appear.
Click on the ellipsis (...) on the right and select Edit.

Things to Prepare

A Notion page with the company name and document ID with freee sign.

Now, let's set up the app trigger.
Select "When the document status changes".
You can change the title to whatever you like.
Check if there are any mistakes in the account information to be linked, and then proceed.

Test and save if the information from the freee sign is reflected in the output.

It is set by default, so save without changing.

Set the conditions for the record you want to update.
