How to Create a Workflow Integrating Google Chat and Gemini
This time, we will introduce the setup method for the following template: "Analyze the content posted on Google Chat using Gemini's assistant and update the response back to Google Chat." By using this template, you can conveniently automate the process without having to set it up from scratch.
The process consists of only 4 steps, making it easy to set up.
- Register Google Chat and Gemini in My Apps
- Open the template
- Set up triggers and operations
- Verify the automation of Google Chat and Gemini

If you are already using Yoom, please log in.
Step 1: Register Google Chat and Gemini in My Apps
First, let's register Google Chat and Gemini as My Apps connected to Yoom.
1. Connect Google Chat and Yoom
(1) First, start with registering Google Chat as My App.
Open "My Apps" on the left side of the Yoom screen and click "+ New Connection".

(2) Enter "Google Chat" in the search box and click on the search result.

(3) The following screen will be displayed, so grant the permissions.

(4) If the message "Successfully created My App" is displayed as shown in the following screen, the registration of My App is complete.

2. Connect Gemini and Yoom
(1) Next, register Gemini as My App.
Open "My Apps" and search for the app from "+ New Connection" just like Google Chat.

(2) The following screen will be displayed, so follow the instructions to set it up.

If Google Chat and Gemini are displayed in My Apps, the registration is complete.
Next, copy the template to My Project and create a flow bot.
