Step 1: Register Google Chat and Gemini in My Apps

First, let's register Google Chat and Gemini as My Apps connected to Yoom.

(1) After copying the template, the following screen will appear in Yoom. Click "OK" to proceed to the detailed settings.

(2) Click on "When a message is sent to the space" in the flow.

  • "Account information linked with Google Chat" → Confirm if the account is correct
  • "Trigger Action" → When a message is sent to the space

※ The trigger activation timing can be set to 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. The shortest interval that can be set depends on your plan, so please check that. It is generally recommended to use the shortest activation interval available in your plan.

Once the settings are complete, perform a "Test", and if successful, click "Save".

Step 3: Generate Content

(1) Click on "Generate Content" in the flow.

(1) Click on "Send a Message" in the flow.
