You will be redirected to the following screen, so if you want to change the "Title" and "Description," please do so on the following screen.
First, set up Google Chat by clicking "When a message is sent to the space."

Once you have moved to the following screen, check the settings below.

  • "App Trigger Title" → Set as desired
  • "Account Information to Link with Google Chat (OAuth)" → Check if the account is correct
  • "Trigger Action" → When a message is sent to the space

Once you have moved to the following screen, make the settings below.

  • "Trigger Interval" → Set as desired
  • "Space Resource Name" → If the URL is "https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#chat/space/AAAAgSu7BjA", then "space/AAAAgSu7BjA" is the resource name. Example: space/AAAAgSu7BjA
    ※ It can be obtained from the URL of the target space or direct message.

"Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

To set up Gmail, click "Send Email".
Make the following settings.

  • "Title" → Set as desired
  • "Email Content" → Enter the necessary parts

Set the "Body" as you like.
※ Click the red frame and use the Google Chat output. By doing so, you can link the content of the Google Chat message.
