This time, we'll proceed with the setup using Yoom, a no-code platform. If you don't have a Yoom account yet, please create one from the registration form.

The creation process is broadly divided into the following steps:
Connecting My App first will make the subsequent settings proceed smoothly.
First, let's connect your current Gmail with Yoom. From the left side of the Yoom page, select My App → Add.
Search for Gmail and sign in.
Then, as you proceed, you will see the screen below. If there are no issues, click Continue.
Next, connect with Google Chat.
Please refer to this for the settings.
*Connection with Google Chat is only available in the Google Workspace environment.
Once the connection with Gmail and Google Chat is complete and displayed in My App, it's OK.
From here, we will create the flow.
Open the template page and click 'Try this template'.
As you proceed, the template will be automatically copied to your workspace, and the following screen will be displayed.
Select OK and proceed to the next step.
The template will be saved in My Projects. You can change the template name if necessary.
Click on My Projects on the left to display the template you just copied.
Click on the ellipsis (...) on the right and select Edit.
Before setting up the flow, make sure to set up Gmail labels in advance!
Click on the image mark and create a filter with emails containing "Notice" as the condition.
By setting it up as follows, you will be able to categorize emails containing "Notice".
Create a new label in the label items and set it up as follows.
This completes the label creation. Next, we will move on to the detailed flow settings!
Now, let's set up the app trigger.
Select "When an email with a specific label is received".
Check the account information to be linked and proceed to the next step. Please enter the required fields.
Let's send a test email to Gmail that matches the label conditions here.
Return to Flowbot and click "Test".
If the integration is successful, the scheduled information will be displayed in the retrieved value at the bottom of the screen.
By referencing this output in the subsequent action settings, you will achieve data integration between Gmail and Google Chat!
