・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has plans for home use and general corporate use (Microsoft365 Business).
If you are not subscribed to the general corporate plan, authentication may fail, so please check your plan.

〈How to Start with Yoom〉
1. Click "See Details" on the banner below.
2. Click "Try This Template" on the screen you moved to.
3. Register with Yoom.

Now you can edit Yoom's templates!

Click "OK" to get started right away.

Step 1: My App Integration

First, please integrate Google Meet and Microsoft Teams into Yoom's My Apps.
Click the "My Apps" tab on the left panel and then click "+ New Connection".

In the search box, please enter Google Meet.

When the above screen is displayed, click "Sign in with Google" to proceed.

On the next screen, please enter the email address and password to be integrated.

Once logged in, grant the permissions.
This completes the integration of Google Meet into My Apps!

Next, click "+ New Connection" again, and this time enter Microsoft Teams in the search box.

Navigate to the above screen and enter your Microsoft365 login information to sign in.

This completes the registration of Microsoft Teams into My Apps.

Next, copy the template to My Projects and create a Flowbot.
If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the Flowbot template from below.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try this template" on the redirected page
3. Register for Yoom
※ If you have already completed registration, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.

Step 2: Set up the App Trigger

Now, let's edit the contents of the flowbot "Notify Microsoft Teams when a meeting ends in Google Meet"!

Check if there are any errors in the account information to be linked, and click "Next".

The trigger activation interval can be selected as desired.

Once the setup is complete, please conduct a test.

Step 3: Send a Message to a Microsoft Teams Channel

Please set the team ID and channel ID as desired from the options.

The message can be set according to the purpose.
※ Note) For example, if set as shown in the image above, when a Google Meet meeting ends, the "Meeting ID" can be automatically notified to Microsoft Teams.
※ How to set) Click inside the frame and click "Meeting ID" in "When the meeting ends".
When a message is actually sent, the Meeting ID will be automatically obtained and displayed like {{Meeting ID}}→11-111111.

After setting, execute the test, and a sample message will be notified to Microsoft Teams, so after confirmation, click "Save".

Finally, click "Turn on Trigger" on the screen above to activate the flowbot!
This completes the flowbot "Notify Microsoft Teams when a meeting ends in Google Meet".
