When holding a meeting on Google Meet, have you ever experienced delays in the next steps because you couldn't smoothly share that the meeting has ended with your team? Especially when there are many meetings, manually notifying can be burdensome. The solution to this problem is integrating Google Meet with Talknote using Yoom. By automatically sending notifications when the meeting ends, all stakeholders can immediately grasp the information and smoothly transition to the next action.
In this article, we will introduce how to set up the integration and its benefits.
Two Benefits of Integrating Google Meet with Talknote
By integrating Google Meet with Talknote, you can expect to connect "reduction of waiting time" to "improvement of productivity."
Benefit 1: Smooth Handover of Work with Meeting End Notifications
Even after a meeting with a client on Google Meet ends, other members may not know when the meeting ended, causing delays in response. By integrating Google Meet with Talknote, the meeting end notification is automatically shared, allowing stakeholders to immediately start the next action. This makes the workflow smoother and reduces unnecessary waiting time.
Benefit 2: Productivity Improvement by Reducing Waiting Time
The time other members spend waiting for a meeting with a client or team to end tends to be wasted.
With the integration of Google Meet and Talknote, the timing of the meeting's end is automatically shared, eliminating the waiting time until members move to the next action, which is expected to improve overall productivity. By reducing waiting time, more time can be allocated to other tasks, potentially improving the efficiency of the entire team.

Step 1: Integrate Google Meet and Talknote with My Apps
First, connect Yoom with Google Meet and Talknote. After logging into Yoom, click on "+ New Connection" from "My Apps" in the left menu.
Search for each app name and proceed with the input according to the displayed content. Once the integration is complete, it will be displayed in the My Apps list.

Step 2: Set Up a Trigger in Google Meet
Please click the first flow "When the meeting ends". On the first page, the account information linked with My App is reflected.
The title can be changed to something easy to understand, but leave the trigger action as "When the meeting ends". Once you have confirmed the account information, click "Next".
On the next page, set the trigger activation interval.
Set how often to check if the meeting has ended. Please note that the trigger activation interval may not be selectable depending on the plan.
After setting the activation interval, click "Test" to obtain the output.
Once you have confirmed everything up to this point, click "Save" to complete the app trigger setup.
Step 3: Configure Talknote
Next, click "Post a Thread Message". On the first page, just confirm the account information as with Google Meet and proceed to the next step.
On the next page, set the details of the message to be posted to Talknote.
Select the thread ID from the options, and set the message content using the output obtained from the Google Meet settings. After setting, click "Test" to check if the message is posted to the specified thread.
Once you have successfully confirmed the message, click "Save" to complete all settings. Finally, turn on the trigger to activate the flow bot.

I have been an SEO writer for 5 years and have continued to write under the motto “easy to read” and “easy to convey.”
I want to bring the convenience of Yoom, which can be linked to apps without programming knowledge, to many people!
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
