3. Notify
By using the Google Workspace API and the API of external messaging tools, you can automatically notify messaging tools of information from Google Workspace. Automation can help prevent missed notifications and information leaks, potentially streamlining operations.
For example, when a new employee is registered in Google Workspace by the HR department, a notification can be automatically sent to Slack. If a new member joins the sales department, that information is notified to the sales department channel on Slack, allowing the entire department to quickly recognize the addition of the new member.
