Step 1: Register My App

Step 2: Select Zoom Trigger

1. Create from Project

・From the list of projects displayed on the left side of the screen, select the project where you want to create a Flowbot.
・Click on Create New.
・Select Create from scratch.

2. Enter Title and Select Trigger

・The title can be anything you like! Here, it is written so that anyone can understand the flow.
・For trigger selection, choose "When a specific app event is received" and select Zoom.

3. Select Linked Account and Action

・For the app trigger title, enter "When the meeting ends," but any title is fine.
・Check that there are no mistakes in the account information you want to link with Zoom.
・For the trigger action, select "When the meeting ends."

4. API Connection Settings for App Trigger

・Set the trigger activation time to "5 minutes" here.
※ The selectable time for activation intervals varies depending on the plan, so please check.
・Enter your email address.
・Once the input is complete, test and save.

5. Set Operation Type

Press the + button displayed just below the trigger settings screen to link with the app → Select Zoom.

6. Select Linked Account and Action

・For the title, enter "Get meeting recording information," but any title is fine.
・Check that there are no mistakes in the account information you want to link with Zoom.
・For the action, select "Get meeting recording information."

7. API Connection Settings

・Enter the user's email address.
・For the meeting ID, enter the meeting ID you obtained earlier as output.
・Test and save if there are no issues.

Step 3: LINE Integration and Action Settings

1. Press the + button to set the operation type

・Press the + button displayed just below the trigger settings screen to link with the app → Select LINE.

2. Select Linked Account and Action

・For the title, I entered Send a message, but any title is fine.
・Check that there are no mistakes in the account information you want to link with LINE.
・For the action, select "Send a message to the talk room."

3. API Connection Settings

・Enter the message.
・Embed the necessary information from the output of "Get meeting recording information" into the message.
・Once the input is complete, test and save.
