Step 1: Integrate Google Chat and Slack with My Apps

Step 3: Setting up Google Chat Trigger

Confirm that the account you are linking is correct, and click "Next".
Proceed to the next step, and the following screen will appear.
Trigger activation interval: You can choose from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. ※ Please note that the selection of activation intervals varies depending on the plan.
Resource name of the space: Set it with reference to the annotation below the input field.
Once the setup is complete, let's post a test file to Google Chat. Click "Test" at the bottom of the screen, and if there are no issues, click "Save".

Step 4: Setting up Notifications to Slack
Once the trigger setup is complete, click the "Send Message to Channel".
Proceed to the next step, and the following screen will appear. As before, confirm that the account information you are linking is correct, and click "Next".
Next, a screen for API connection settings will appear.
Enter the "Channel ID" where you want to receive notifications on Slack when a file is posted on Google Chat. You can select from the options as shown in the image below.
Scroll down and enter the message. When entering, click the input field and use the output that appears to help you enter. The message can be changed, so feel free to set the content you want to obtain according to your needs.
Once the setup is complete, click "Test" to actually perform a test send. Switch to the Slack screen, check the content, and if there are no issues, click "Save".
