Click on "My Apps" and select "+ Add" on the right side of the screen.
Click on the Microsoft 365 account that is linked to the Outlook you want to link.
When the following screen appears, enter your account password and sign in.
Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has plans for home use and general corporate use (Microsoft365 Business), and if you are not subscribed to the general corporate plan, authentication may not be possible.

[Integrating Microsoft Teams with My Apps]
Next, we will integrate Microsoft Teams with My Apps.
Similarly, click on "My Apps" and select "+ Add" on the right.
Enter "Microsoft Teams" in the search box at the top right and select Microsoft Teams from the search results.
When the Microsoft Teams365 account selection screen appears, log in with the account you will use.
Once signed in, Microsoft Teams will appear on the My Apps screen.
If Microsoft Teams and Outlook are displayed in My Apps, registration is complete!
From here, we will proceed with automation. Click "Try it" on the banner below to copy the template.
When you click, a screen like the one below will appear, so click "OK".
This is the initial setup! First, please click the "When an event is registered in the calendar".
Confirm that there is no mistake in the account you are linking this time, and click "Next".
* Move to the Outlook screen and set an event in the calendar as an example.
For this example, the following was set.
Return to the Yoom screen and click "Next".
When you proceed, the following screen will be displayed.
After entering, click "Test" to obtain the contents of the calendar set in Outlook as output.
After confirming the test success, click "Save".
This completes the Outlook trigger setting!
Once the trigger setting is complete, click the "Send Message to Channel".
When you proceed, the following screen will be displayed.
As before, confirm that the account information to be linked is correct, and click "Next".
Next, from the "API Connection Settings" screen, enter the "Team ID" and "Channel ID" where you want to receive notifications in Microsoft Teams when a calendar is registered in Outlook.
You can select from the candidates as shown in the image below.
Scroll down and enter the "Message" as well.
It is convenient to make it clear that it is the content of the Outlook calendar, as shown below.
When entering, you can easily enter the content obtained from Outlook by utilizing the output displayed when you click the input field.
After entering, click "Test" to actually perform a test transmission.
After the test is successful, click "Save".
Finally, switch to the Microsoft Teams screen and check if the notification is actually being sent.
When the setup is complete, the following screen will be displayed.
When you click "Turn on the trigger", the flow bot will automatically start.
