1. Register HubSpot to My Apps

First, let's connect HubSpot.
After logging into Yoom's workspace, select My Apps and click on New Connection.

2. Register Slack to My Apps

Follow the same steps as before, click My Apps → New Connection.

On the sign-in screen for the workspace, enter the Slack URL and click "Continue".

Scroll through the workspace access request screen.
Select the channel to post in the channel search and click Allow.

Step 2: Set HubSpot Trigger

Next, let's set up the flow bot.
Please click "When a new contact is created".

1. Select Integration Account and Action

・You can change the title.
・Check the account information linked with HubSpot.
・Select the trigger action "When a new contact is created".
・Once entered, click "Next".

2. App Trigger API Connection Settings

・Select the trigger interval from the dropdown.
・You can choose the trigger interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
・Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.
・Once set, create a new contact in HubSpot and click test.

・If the test is successful and the output is obtained, save it.

Step 3: Set Slack Action

Next, click "Send a message to the channel" to complete the setup.

1. Select Integration Account and Action

・You can change the title.
・Check the account information linked with Slack.
・Select the action "Send a message to the channel".
・Once set, click "Next".

2. API Connection Settings

・Set the channel ID to post to.
・Create the message by selecting the necessary values from the HubSpot output items, as shown in the attached image.
・You can mention by writing <@memberID>. For other mention methods, please check here.
・After entering, click test, and if the message can be sent to Slack, save it.

When you click save, it will show that all settings are complete, so click "Turn on Trigger".
