How to Create a Connection Flow between LINE Official Account and Google Spreadsheet

Step 1: Connect LINE Official Account and Google Spreadsheet to My Apps

The template will be copied, and the screen will look like the above.
Since you have transitioned to the Yoom page called "My Projects", please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

First, connect Yoom with each tool. Click on "New Connection" at the top right.

1. Search
‍Click on the LINE Official Account icon.

2. Enter Required Fields

Enter the account name and access token.

3. Connection Complete

After entering the required fields, press the add button at the bottom right.
If the screen switches and the above display appears, the connection is complete.

Connecting Google Search with Yoom

1. Search
‍Click on the Google Spreadsheet icon.

2. Select Account
‍Press the Google account of the Gmail address to be linked with Yoom.‍

3. Log in to Yoom

You will transition to the image page, so read the terms and click next.‍

4. Yoom is Requesting Additional Access to Google Account
Press continue.
When you move to the authentication screen, select Allow all permissions.‍

5. Connection Complete

If the screen switches and the above display appears, the connection is complete.

6. Prepare Google Spreadsheet

It is recommended to prepare the Google Spreadsheet to be linked with the LINE Official Account at this stage.
The data that can be obtained is as shown in the image, so please use it as a reference.

Next, copy the template to My Projects and create a flow bot.

Step 2: Set up to launch the flow bot at the same time every day

1. Open My Project

Open "My Project" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the copied template
Click on "【Copy】Retrieve the latest delivery count from the official LINE account every day and add it to Google Sheets".‍

3. Select a trigger
Select the schedule trigger "When the specified schedule is reached".

4. Set the launch interval

Set the launch interval.
By default, it is set to retrieve data from the official LINE account every day at 9 AM.
If you have a preferred day or time, please change it.

5. Save
Once the settings are complete, press the save button at the bottom.

Step 3: Set up to retrieve information from the official LINE account

3. Select a trigger
Select "Retrieve delivery count" from the official LINE account icon.
Press Next.

4. Set the date

Enter the date for which you want to retrieve the delivery count. Click the box.

Select "Date" in the red frame.

Since the flow bot is set to launch every day at 9 AM, let's retrieve yesterday's data.

Select the data display format.
Click on the relevant item in the red frame.

5. Run the test

Once the settings are configured as shown in the image, press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If "Test Successful" is displayed, don't forget to save.

Step 4: Set up to add to Google Sheets

1. Operate the database
‍Select "Add Record" from the Google Sheets icon.
Scroll down.‍

2. Set required fields

Enter the required fields. Click the box.

When you click inside the box, a list will be displayed as shown in the image. Select the Google Sheets where the official LINE account data will be accumulated.
Set the tab name in the same way.

Regarding the table range, it depends on the prepared Google Sheets, so enter it according to the contents of Google Sheets.
Once entered, press Next.

3. Set the values of the records to be added

Set the values of the records to be added.

The box names displayed on this page depend on the Google Sheets linked earlier.
Therefore, it may differ from the image display, but the setting method is the same.

First, click the box.

Select the item for the official LINE account.

The data sent in the test from the official LINE account settings will be displayed in a list.
Select the data that matches the box item name.
In the image, the box item name is "Broadcast", so "Broadcast Message" was selected from the official LINE account.

The data can be inserted as shown in the image.
Set the other boxes in the same way.‍

4. Run the test

Once the data insertion is complete as shown in the image, press the test button.
If "Test Successful" is displayed, the setup is complete. Press Save.‍

5. Turn on the trigger

When the flow bot creation is complete, the above display will appear. The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.
