It's recommended for those who want to manage project information using both Mazrica and Notion but find data entry cumbersome.
Please refer to the following steps and try automatic integration with Yoom!

Benefits of Integrating Mazrica with Notion

Benefit 1: Streamlining Business Processes

Since project information registered in Mazrica is automatically added to Notion, you can prevent situations where only Notion remains outdated.
For those who have been manually transferring data, this will reduce the burden of manual work and allow for project management based on the latest information.
Additionally, by utilizing Notion's database functionality, you can visually grasp project information.
This makes it easier to understand the situation and make appropriate decisions, thus streamlining business processes can be expected.

Benefit 2: Transforming Individual Knowledge into Shared Team Knowledge

Notion excels not only in information management but also in document creation and knowledge sharing.
By automatically adding Mazrica's project information to Notion, you can easily link it with related notes and documents, making it easier to organize information.
Furthermore, by leaving notes and documents of individual knowledge, the entire team can catch up on that information, and elimination of individual dependency can be expected.
As a result, understanding of clients may deepen, potentially leading to an increase in closing rates.
