How to Create a Flow for Integrating Mazrica and Jira Software

STEP1: My App Integration

Once registration for Yoom is complete, the Flowbot template will be copied to "My Project".
If the display appears as shown in the image, please select "My App" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

Click the new connection button at the top right to integrate Yoom with each app.

Integration of Mazrica and Yoom

1. Search
Enter "Mazrica" in the search box and click on the Mazrica icon.

2. Obtain Access Token


When the above screen is displayed, proceed with the integration according to the red frame. First, obtain the access token.
Launch Mazrica in a separate tab and scroll down the menu on the left side of the screen.


Click on Administrator Settings in the red frame, then press API Usage from the tab.


Once the API is obtained, it will appear as shown in the image. Copy the API key.
Then return to the Yoom screen and paste what you copied earlier into the access token box.

3. Set Account Name
The account name can be anything you like. It is recommended to use something easy to understand, such as the company name or the person in charge.

4. Click Add

Once the two required items are set, press the add button at the bottom right.
If the above display appears, it is complete.

Integration of Jira Software and Yoom

1. Search
Enter "Jira Software" in the search box and click on the Jira Software icon.

2. Set Account Name and Obtain Access Token

Set the required items.

4. Click Add

Once the two required items are set, press the add button at the bottom right.
If the above display appears, it is complete.

Next, copy the template to My Project and create a Flowbot.
If it has not been copied yet, please copy the Flowbot template from below.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try This Template" on the redirected page
3. Register for Yoom
※ If you are already registered, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.

STEP2: Mazrica Trigger Settings

1. Open My Project


Open "My Project" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the copied template
Click on "【Copy】Add to Jira Software when a project action is registered in Mazrica".

3. Select App Trigger
Click on the Mazrica icon "When a project action is newly registered".
The title and other settings are complete, so press Next.

4. Decide the trigger activation interval


You can select the trigger activation interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.

5. Set the project type and action purpose

Set the project type and action purpose.
Hover over the box and click.

As shown in the image, a list will be displayed, so select the project type and action you want to link with Jira Software.

6. Execute the test
Click the test button. If the test is successful, press Save.

STEP3: Jira Software Settings

1. Click the Jira Software icon
Click on the Jira Software icon "Add Issue".
The title and other settings are complete, so press Next.

2. Set the subdomain and project key

Copy from the Jira Software URL as indicated in the red frame.

3. Decide the issue title

Set the issue title as desired.

4. Enter the issue type ID

Copy and paste according to the instructions in the red frame.

5. Set the details
Hover over the box and click, then select the Mazrica icon.

The project action data will be displayed in a list.


Click on the content you want to add to the Jira Software issue and insert it.

6. Arrange the layout

At the stage of selecting data, it will look like the above.

7. Execute the test
Click the test button. If the test is successful, press Save.

8. Turn on the trigger

When the creation of the flow bot is complete, the above display will appear.
The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.

This completes the creation of the flow bot using Mazrica and Jira Software.
