Garoon is utilized by many companies for daily schedule management and information sharing. By integrating it with Google Chat, you can enhance the efficiency of information sharing and communication within your team. This article will explain in detail the benefits of integrating Garoon with Google Chat and how to easily achieve app integration with Yoom without any coding.

Please read to the end!

Benefits of Integrating Garoon with Google Chat

Here are three general benefits of integrating the two applications.

1. Workflow Automation

By integrating Garoon with Google Chat, you can automate workflows. For example, it is possible to "notify Google Chat when a workflow is approved in Garoon." This eliminates the need for manual notification tasks, allowing projects to proceed smoothly. Automated workflows not only save time and effort but also reduce human errors.

2. Centralized Data Management

Integration of Garoon and Google Chat enables centralized data management. Information such as schedules, tasks, and documents stored in Garoon can be easily shared on Google Chat, allowing the entire team to work based on the same information. For instance, by uploading meeting minutes to Garoon and sharing the link on Google Chat, everyone can access the latest information. This prevents information dispersion and duplication, maintaining data consistency.

3. Faster Decision-Making

Integrating Garoon with Google Chat allows for faster decision-making. By sharing real-time updates on meetings and project progress in Garoon via Google Chat, all stakeholders can make decisions based on the latest information. Differences in confirmation timing can lead to misunderstandings and mistakes, so this rapid information sharing and decision-making acceleration is an effective way to advance projects while preventing misalignment.

I worked as an SV in the BPO division of a listed company for 4 years and experienced editing and writing media articles for about 3 and a half years. I had the opportunity to use a wide variety of apps due to my job being in charge of outsourced work from other companies. I still remember getting to know Yoom when I was worried about how to improve work efficiency, and I was moved by being able to easily link apps with each other to create an automated flow! I would be happy if I could help improve everyone's work efficiency by making use of my experience working on media articles and conveying the appeal of Yoom in an easy-to-understand manner.
