1: Zoom App Trigger Setup
First, set up the Zoom trigger.

If the app integration is complete, your account will be displayed in the account information section.
If there are no issues, click the "Next" button to proceed.

Next, configure the connection settings.
※ You can select the trigger interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.
Press the "Test" button, and if no error occurs, press the "Save" button to proceed.
Step 2: Zoom App Action Setup
Next, set up the Zoom action.
※ To obtain Zoom recording information, meeting data must be cloud recorded. Cloud recording is limited to specific Zoom plans, so please be aware. For details, please refer to here.

In this flow, we have selected "Obtain Meeting Recording Information," but you can also create regular meetings, so feel free to customize.

Enter the user's email address and press the "Test" button.
If no error occurs, the action setup is complete, so press the "Save" button to proceed.
Step 3: Slack Integration and Action Setup
Next, set up the Slack action.

Confirm that the account registered with My Apps is displayed and press the "Next" button.

For how to find the channel ID to post to, please refer to here.
Press the "Test" button, and if successful, it will be posted to the specified Slack channel, so please check.

The output content is posted to the channel, so if there are no issues with the information, press "Save" to complete the setup.
Return to the flow list, confirm again that no errors have occurred, and then turn the trigger ON.

All settings are now complete!
