How to Create a Notion and DocuSign Integration Flow

Step 1: Integrate Notion and DocuSign with My Apps

Once Yoom registration is complete, the Flowbot template will be copied to "My Projects".
When the display appears as shown in the image, please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left.

Click the new connection button in the upper right corner.

Enter the name of the app to be integrated into the box.

Integration of Notion and Yoom

1. Prepare Notion

Step 2: Setting Triggers for Chrome Extension

1. Open My Project

Open "My Project" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the copied template
‍Click on "[Copy] Create and send contracts using Notion database information with DocuSign".‍

3. Select App Trigger
Select the "Select and launch a page on the database" icon for the Chrome extension trigger.
Make sure the account information linked with Notion is correct.‍

4. Configure Chrome Extension

There is a page that describes the Yoom Chrome Extension in the red frame of the image above, so please configure it according to the content.
Once the Chrome extension configuration is complete, press Next to proceed.

5. Sample URL for Launch Page

Specify the Notion page data used to create the contract.

By hovering over the red frame, you can open the page in a side peek.

Copy and paste the URL in the state where it is displayed in two screens as shown in the image.　　　

6. Execute Test

Press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
Once "Test Successful" is displayed, the trigger setup is complete. Save it.

Step 3: Setting to Retrieve Data from Notion

1. Operate the Database
Click on the Notion icon's "Retrieve Record (ID Search)".
Scroll down the screen.

2. Database Integration

Set the ID of the database you will use.

Click the box to display a list of linked databases.
Select the database you will use this time. This will be the same as the Notion page you used earlier.
Once you have made your selection, press Next.‍

3. Conditions for the Record You Want to Retrieve

Step 4: Setting to Automatically Send Contracts from DocuSign

1. Integrate with the App
‍Select DocuSign's "Create and Send Envelope from Template" icon. Press Next.‍

2. Enter ID

Enter each ID. Set according to the notes below the box.

The template ID can be selected from the list by clicking the box.‍

3. Set Recipient

Set the recipient.
Click the "Recipient Email Address" box at the top.

Click on the Notion data in the red frame. Insert the address.
The above data is linked with the prepared Notion page, so it may not be exactly as shown in the image.
Therefore, when setting, please select the one corresponding to the address according to the Notion page you prepared.
