First, let's connect the apps we will use this time with Yoom and My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click "+ New Connection" from "My Apps" in the left menu.

When the "New Connection for My Apps" window appears, search for Notion and NP Deferred Payment and enter the necessary information for each.

To connect NP Deferred Payment with My Apps, you need to BASE64 encode the specified string.
Search for "BASE64 encode conversion" on the internet to find several tools you can use.

What is BASE64 Encoding

Once each input is complete, the app name will be displayed in the My Apps list, so please check it.

If Notion is also displayed in the same way, the My Apps connection setup is complete.

Next, copy the template to My Project and create a flow bot.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try this Template" on the redirected page
3. Register for Yoom

Step 2: Set Up App Trigger in Notion

The initial setting is "When a page in a specific database is created or updated".
On the first page, the Notion account linked with My Apps is reflected.

The title can be changed, but the trigger action cannot be changed.
Modify the title as necessary, and if the account information is correct, proceed to the next step.

On the next page, specify the trigger activation interval and database ID.
Check for updates to the Notion database according to the specified activation interval.

Note that the trigger activation interval may not be selectable depending on the plan, so please be careful.

After selecting the activation interval and entering the database ID, make a temporary entry in Notion, click "Test", and obtain the output.

Once confirmed, click "Save" to complete the app trigger setup.

Step 3: Set Up Record Retrieval in Notion

Next is the setting for "Retrieve Records".
On the first page, the same account information as the previous setting is reflected.
Enter the database ID to be linked in the field below.

If you have created a database after linking My Apps, please reconnect Notion and Yoom.
Simply check the newly created database to retrieve the information.

Once the database input is complete, proceed to the next step.
On the next screen, specify the conditions for searching records.

In the above image, the condition for retrieving information is that the record ID in the specified table matches the object ID (obtained in the output).

Once the record conditions are set, click "Test" to obtain the output.

In practice, the specific input content obtained in the output is reflected next to the item.
Once confirmed, click "Save" to complete the record retrieval setup.

Step 4: Set Up Branching

Next is the setting for "Command Operation".

In the above image, the setting is such that items in the "Status" field of the output obtained in the "Retrieve Records" flow that are "Complete" will proceed to the next flow.

Once the settings are complete, click "Save" to complete the branching setup.

Step 5: Set Up Registration of Purchasing Companies with NP Combination

Proceed with the setup for "Register Purchasing Companies" with NP Combination.
On the first page, confirm the account information and modify the title if necessary, just like in Notion.

Next, reflect the output to register company information.

Once you have selected the necessary items from the output, click "Test".
If the output is obtained, click "Save" to complete the company information registration setup.

Step 6: Register Transaction Information

There are two settings left! Click "Register Transaction".

The first page is the same as before.
On the next page, reflect the output in the same way as when entering the purchasing company information.

After entering, choose whether to switch the test environment (if not set, the request will be made in the production environment) and click "Test".
If the output is obtained, click "Save" to complete the transaction information registration setup.

Step 7: Set Up Invoice Creation Request

Finally, the last setting. Click "Request Invoice".

After confirming the first page, proceed to set the invoice details.

If necessary, select whether to request in the test environment, test, and if no errors occur, click "Save" to complete the setup.

Finally, turn on the trigger to activate the flow.
