In recent years, using apps for business has become common.
Many companies may be using Microsoft's tools, which are easy to implement as internal tools.
Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams are very convenient tools for facilitating information sharing and communication within a company, but have you ever wished they could be integrated?
In this article, we will introduce a method to integrate Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams without any coding, so that uploaded content is automatically notified.
It's easy to integrate without programming, so please take a look!

Benefits of Integrating Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams

Benefit 1: Streamlining Project Management

By integrating the two apps, notifications are automatically sent to Teams when files are uploaded to SharePoint.
For example, when project files or documents are uploaded, notifications are automatically sent, allowing all team members to immediately grasp the latest project information.
Being able to keep up with the latest information reduces communication errors and delays, allowing for smoother project progress.
Real-time information sharing is especially important for companies that conduct business remotely or across multiple locations.

Benefit 2: Centralized Document Management

With documents uploaded to SharePoint being automatically notified in Teams, document management can be consolidated.
This saves the trouble of checking which document is the latest and allows for quick access to necessary information.
For companies or projects handling a large number of documents, this centralization can significantly improve operational efficiency.

The person who wrote this article

I came across Yoom when I was searching for ways to improve work efficiency on a daily basis at a small and medium-sized enterprise in a region where human resources are limited. I was casually thinking that it would be nice if this were the case, and by introducing Yoom, we can make it so much more efficient! I'm moved. Even though I have no knowledge or experience with systems or programming, my work has changed drastically, so I'm writing that I hope I can share it with many people who feel the same way.
