My App Integration

Once you have completed the registration for Yoom and copied the template, a screen like the one above will appear, and you will transition to a page called "My Project".
Once this is done, let's move on to integrating Slack and Microsoft Teams with Yoom.
This is called "My App Integration"!
↓
First, let's integrate Slack with Yoom. Select My Apps from the menu on the screen side and click Create New in the upper right corner!
Enter "Slack" in the search window, and when the Slack icon appears, click it.

A screen like the one above will appear, so select the desired channel and press "Allow" to integrate Slack with Yoom.
↓
Let's proceed to My App Integration for Microsoft Teams.
We recommend logging into Microsoft 365 in advance, as integration will be completed quickly if you are already logged in.
Just like before, enter "Microsoft Teams" in the search window and click the Microsoft Teams icon... and the integration is completed without any screen transition!
With Slack and Microsoft Teams integrated with Yoom, let's move on to setting up the contents of the Flowbot.
Slack Trigger Settings
From My Project on the left side of the screen, click "Translate messages posted on Slack and post the translated version to Microsoft Teams"!
Press Edit in the upper right corner.
↓
Press "When a message is sent in a channel" on the Slack icon.
Since the necessary items are already entered due to the use of the template, check if the account information linked with Slack is correct, then click Next!
↓

Next, let's select a Slack channel.
When a message is posted to the channel selected here, it will be translated and a notification will be sent to Microsoft Teams. Select the desired channel.
Channel ID Click inside the box, and a list of Slack channels will be displayed. Select one, and you're good to go!
Once this is done, send an English message to Slack.
Then return to Yoom and press the Test Button at the bottom of the screen. If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, you're good to go, so press Save!
Translation Settings
Select "Translate" from the alphabet and hiragana icons.

Let's set up the action.
The number of characters selected for the action here will be translated, so select the desired number of characters.
Once you have selected the action, press Next.
↓

Set up the message to be translated.
Click inside the Text to be Translated box and...

This will be displayed, so select "When a message is sent in a channel" on the Slack icon and choose "Message Content".
For the required field of target language, enter any language to complete!

This is how we set it up this time.
Once you have set it up to this point, press the Test Button, and if "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, you're good to go!
Press Save and move on to the next setting.
*Note) AI translation features are available with the Team Plan and Success Plan.
*Note) These paid plans also offer a 2-week free trial.
Microsoft Teams Settings
Press "Send a message to a channel" on the Microsoft Teams icon.
Since the necessary items are already entered due to the use of the template, just check if the account information is correct.
Press Next.
↓

Set the Team ID and Channel ID.
Just like when setting up Slack, click inside the box and select from the suggestions.
↓

The next setting is the last one! Let's decide on the content to notify Microsoft Teams.
Click inside the box and select "Translate" from the list displayed, and the translated message will be shown.
Click to add!
↓

This time, we also selected the translation time and set it up like the image!
Adding ":" and such to make it more readable is a tip. Please try to imitate it!
↓
Once the settings are complete, press the Test Button, and if "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, check if the notification has also reached Microsoft Teams.
If the notification has arrived, don't forget to save. This completes the integration of Slack and Microsoft Teams!
Yoom offers many other Flowbot templates, so please take a look.
