How to link Smaregi and Notion to register records in Notion as product information in Smaregi
n.watanabe
For those managing products with Smaregi or organizing data with Notion, daily information registration can be a cumbersome task, isn't it? Especially, the effort to input product information into both Smaregi and Notion cannot be ignored when prioritizing work efficiency.
The solution to this problem is the app integration of Smaregi and Notion using Yoom. With this integration, by simply registering product information in Notion, it is automatically reflected in Smaregi, reducing the input work. Furthermore, by centrally managing data, information sharing and utilization become smoother, and an improvement in work efficiency can be expected. Let's proceed with the setup without using programming knowledge!
Benefits of Integrating Smaregi and Notion
Benefit 1: Reduce the Effort of Data Registration
<span class="mark-yellow">By simply registering product information in Notion, products are automatically reflected in Smaregi, reducing manual effort.</span> With this integration, double entry of product information is no longer necessary, and the risk of input errors due to manual work can also be expected to decrease.
For example, when adding a new product, it is automatically reflected in Smaregi just by entering it into Notion, eliminating the need to log into Smaregi and enter it each time. This allows the time spent on input work to be allocated to other important tasks, increasing the potential for overall work efficiency improvement.
Benefit 2: Streamline Operations with Centralized Data Management
By utilizing Notion's database, information can be centrally managed, facilitating smooth information sharing between departments. When information is dispersed, the time to confirm which data is the latest increases, potentially hindering operations. However, by integrating Notion and Smaregi, product information and inventory data can be managed in one place, allowing sales and marketing teams to proceed with operations based on the same information. For example, when checking inventory status just before a sale, the latest information can be obtained effortlessly.

How to Create a Smaregi and Notion Integration Flow
Let's integrate Smaregi and Notion with Yoom. The flow this time is <span class="mark-yellow">"When a record is registered in Notion, register product information in Smaregi."</span>
Integrate Yoom with Smaregi and Notion as My Apps
Set App Trigger in Notion
Retrieve Records in Notion
Set Up for Product Information Registration in Smaregi
These settings can be completed in four steps. Don't worry, no difficult programming knowledge is required! Copy the template from the "Try it" banner below to get started.
Step 1: Connect Smaregi and Notion with My Apps
First, connect Yoom with the apps used in this setup. After logging into Yoom, click "+ New Connection" from "My Apps" in the left menu.
Search for Smaregi and Notion respectively, and proceed with the input according to the displayed content. For connecting Smaregi with My Apps, settings on the Smaregi side are required, so please refer to the following link.
Once the My Apps connection is complete, an icon will be displayed in the My Apps list, so please check it.
If Notion is also displayed similarly, the My Apps connection setup is complete.
Next, copy the template to My Project and create a Flowbot. If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the Flowbot template from below.
1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details" 2. Click "Try This Template" on the redirected page 3. Register for Yoom * If you have already completed registration, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.
Step 2: Set Up App Trigger in Notion
Please click the initial setting "When a page in a specific database is created or updated". On the first page, the account information of the Notion linked with My App is reflected.
You can change the title to something easy to understand for yourself. If you are running the same template multiple times to manage product information for multiple stores, it is recommended to make them distinguishable.
Without changing the trigger action, check the account information and proceed to the next step.
On the next page, set the trigger activation interval.
Please note that the trigger activation interval may not be selectable depending on the plan. It checks whether there is a new record registration in the Notion database at the specified interval.
After entering the database ID, click "Test" to obtain the output.
Once confirmed up to this point, click "Save" to complete the app trigger setup.
Step 3: Set Up Record Retrieval
Next, click "Retrieve Record (ID Search)". On the first page, as with the initial setup, the account information is reflected, but enter the database ID below it.
After entering, click "Next" to check if it can be linked correctly. Next, set the row to retrieve the record.
Set it to retrieve the row corresponding to "Record ID = Object ID" and click "Test" to check the output.
If there are no issues, click "Save" to complete the record ID retrieval setup.
Step 4: Set Up Product Information Registration in Smaregi
Click the final flow "Register Product Information". On the first page, as with the Notion setup, check the account information and proceed to the next step.
On the next page, make detailed settings for product information registration.
Please refer to theofficial website for entering the contract ID. For the product name and unit price, the output should already be reflected, so fill in other fields such as the description.
Once all the necessary fields are filled, click "Test" to obtain the output, and then click "Save" to complete the setup. The output obtained here will not be used in this flow.
To run the flow, turn the trigger ON, and all settings are complete.

Other Automation Examples Using Smaregi and Notion
There are many other examples of automation using Notion and Smaregi on Yoom, so let me introduce them.
1. When stock in/out information is registered in Smaregi, you can receive notifications through app integration. For example, if you regularly use Microsoft Teams, integrating it can help reduce oversights. This is an automation example that seems useful for product replacement periods.
2. By utilizing the Google Chrome extension, Notion allows you to send emails with just one click. This is convenient for sending template emails, such as thank-you notes to product purchasers, and seems to facilitate quick customer outreach.
Summary
The integration of Smaregi and Notion using Yoom is attractive because it requires no programming knowledge and is easy to set up. This integration eliminates the need for manual information entry, reducing the risk of input errors. Additionally, it simplifies data management across multiple systems, potentially improving operational efficiency. Take this opportunity to register for Yoom for free, start integrating Smaregi and Notion, and help improve your operations.

I want to bring the convenience of Yoom, which can be linked to apps without programming knowledge, to many people!
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
