The process consists of only 4 steps, so it can be set up in 10-15 minutes.

  1. Register Squarespace and HubSpot as My Apps
  2. Set a trigger to activate when order information is created in Squarespace
  3. Set an action to create a contact in HubSpot
  4. Verify the automation between Squarespace and HubSpot

Step 1: Register Squarespace and HubSpot as My Apps

Please register Squarespace and HubSpot as My Apps to connect them to Yoom.
Completing the My Apps registration first makes automation setup easy.

First, register Squarespace as My App.
Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen.
Search for Squarespace from "Search by App Name" or find it from the app list.

When the following screen is displayed, check the explanation and set the "Account Name" and "Access Token".

Next, register HubSpot as My App.
Please refer to the Yoom Help Page for registration.

If Squarespace and HubSpot are displayed in My Apps, the registration is complete.

Step 2: Set a trigger to activate when order information is created in Squarespace

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Read the following screen display and click "OK".

The following screen will be displayed, please check the "Title" and "Description".
If changes are necessary, you can click on the relevant section to make changes.
First, to start with the Squarespace settings, click "When order information is created/updated".

  • "Title" → Change as necessary
  • "Account information linked with Squarespace" → Check if the account is correct
  • "Trigger action" → When order information is created/updated

The following screen will be displayed, select the "Trigger interval" from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
※ Please note that the trigger interval varies depending on the plan.
Once the settings are complete, click "Test" → "Test successful" → "Save".

Step 3: Set up an action to create a contact in HubSpot

Next, to set up HubSpot, click "Create contact".
When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

  • "Title" → Change as necessary
  • "Account information linked with HubSpot" → Check if the account is correct
  • "Action" → Create contact

The following screen will be displayed, please check the precautions.

Scroll down and set up using the Squarespace output.
By clicking the arrow within the red frame, you can use the Squarespace output.
Set the output to match the item name as shown below.
Once other items are set similarly, click "Test" → "Test successful" → "Save".

Step 4: Verify the automation between Squarespace and HubSpot

Finally, click "Turn on trigger" to complete the automation setup.
Check if the flowbot is operating correctly.
