Now, let's create a flow that integrates Microsoft Teams and Miro!

First, log in to your Yoom account.

1. Click on My Apps and then click on Add.
2. You can search by app name in the input field.
Let's register Microsoft Teams as My App! Enter Microsoft Teams in the input field, and when the Microsoft Teams icon appears, click on the icon labeled Microsoft Teams.
Please note that Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has plans for home use and general corporate use (Microsoft365 Business), and if you are not subscribed to the general corporate plan, authentication may fail. Please be careful.
1. If you are already logged into Microsoft 365, the registration as My App will be completed instantly.
If you are not logged in, the following screen will appear.
Please log in with the account you wish to integrate.
Similarly, search for Miro and click on the icon.

Click on the red frame.
2. Select the account you want to integrate.
3. Confirm the details and click "Next".
4. After selecting the team, confirm the details and click "Add".
When the registration as My App is successful, the following screen will be displayed.
Check if the icons for Microsoft Teams and Miro are displayed on the My Apps screen.

1. First, click on the icon at the top labeled "When a message is sent to a channel."
2. Set up the account information to integrate with Microsoft Teams.
Select the trigger "When a message is sent to a channel." Once the setup is complete, click "Next."
3. Please set the trigger activation interval, Team ID, and Channel ID.
You can select the activation interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes by clicking the dropdown.
The shortest interval you can set varies depending on your plan, so please check in advance!
For the Team ID and Channel ID, click the input field to display options as shown in the screen below, and select from them.
Once the setup is complete, click "Test," and if there are no issues, click "Save."
4. Return to the flow.
Next, click on the icon labeled "Branch | Determine if it contains specific phrases."
Note that branching is an operation available in paid plans of Mini Plan or higher.
In the free plan, the operation of the flow bot you set will result in an error, so please be careful.

5. The branching is already set up.
By default, if the message content contains the keyword "[Idea]," a sticky note will be created in Miro.
If there is no need to change anything, you can return to the flow without doing anything.
If you change the settings, don't forget to click "Save"!

2. Set up the account information to integrate with Miro.
Select the action "Create sticky note on board."
Once the setup is complete, click "Next."
3. Enter each item.
Since the Board ID is a required field, be sure to enter it while checking the annotations.
When you click the input field for "text," information obtained from Microsoft Teams will be displayed as shown in the image below, so please make use of it.
