In large-scale projects, managing tasks, assigning responsibilities, and understanding progress can be a shortcut to success. Additionally, tasks that need to be tackled by large teams outside of projects become easier for members to grasp and can lead to smoother operations when visualized.
In such cases, task management tools like Wrike are convenient, aren't they?
So, let's make task management with Wrike even more convenient by integrating it with Microsoft Teams this time!
App integration can be done without programming. Please give it a try!

Benefits of Integrating Wrike with Microsoft Teams

Benefit 1: Improved Team Communication

By integrating, when a task is newly registered in Wrike, a notification will be sent to Microsoft Teams.
This saves the effort of frequently checking Wrike to see if tasks have been added. Also, if Microsoft Teams is your regular communication tool, you are more likely to notice notifications, allowing for quicker responses to added tasks.
As a result, it becomes easier to grasp tasks that are not your responsibility, making it easier to understand the overall flow of the project. This should facilitate better team collaboration.

Benefit 2: Improvement of Workflow

If you were manually notifying the team via Microsoft Teams about tasks added to Wrike, this task will be reduced. You won't need to manually input messages, saving effort.
Additionally, the back-and-forth between different tools can be reduced. Therefore, by implementing this integration, the workflow is shortened, leading to time savings.
These benefits also reduce the workload. Even minor improvements can make tasks easier, so it might be worth trying.

After working as a general store manager, I started working from home as an SEO writer. Later, an outsourcing agreement was signed with a marketing startup for about 5 years. Surrounded by students at the University of Tokyo, I held a computer and spent my days studying various business terms and how to use SaaS tools. When I was a general store manager, time was taken over and over again by office work such as sales and inventory management, human resource management, and ordering, etc., and I was unable to serve customers and often missed sales times. Even when outsourcing, there are many detailed tasks such as input, etc., and “can't such monotonous tasks be automated?” I thought so, and I really sympathize with Yoom's vision!
