Integrate Zoho CRM, essential for sales, with Notion, which makes various data editing and management easier, and simplify task management in sales activities!
Are you managing customer data with Zoho CRM but manually transferring that data to Notion? By transferring data to Notion, it becomes easier to collaboratively manage and edit in layouts that cater to your team's needs. However, manually entering data while switching between different tools can sometimes feel a bit cumbersome.
This is exactly when integrating Zoho CRM with Notion is recommended. This article introduces specific integration methods, so be sure to check it out!

Benefits of Integrating Zoho CRM with Notion

Benefit 1: Improvement of Workflow

With this integration, tasks added to Zoho CRM can be automatically added to Notion.
Additions to Notion occur in real-time, eliminating waste. If you have been manually transferring tasks from Zoho CRM, this task can be reduced. This will result in significant time savings.
Additionally, as manual input is no longer necessary, it becomes easier to prevent human errors such as typing mistakes. It also facilitates the improvement of work burdens.

Benefit 2: Strengthening Team Collaboration

By adding tasks from Zoho CRM to Notion, even members who do not use Zoho CRM can easily manage tasks. Even if the tasks are not directly related, if it is content that team members should be aware of, this integration can be very beneficial.
When all team members can grasp the overall picture of the work, productivity may increase. Especially for teams that are handling multiple deals simultaneously, such team communication is essential.

Other Automation Examples Using Zoho CRM

There are many other examples of automation using Zoho CRM in Yoom, so here are a few.

1. Notify Slack When a Lead is Created or Updated in Zoho CRM

When a new lead is registered or an existing lead is updated, a notification is sent to Slack. This can be useful for quickly informing the sales team of data registered by the marketing department.

2. When a file is posted on Slack, use AI to read its content and register a lead in Zoho CRM, then notify on Slack

AI reads the information from the file. For example, by simply posting exchanged business cards on Slack, the information is read, allowing customer information to be automatically added.

3. Create a Contact in Zoho CRM When a Row is Added in Google Sheets

If you want to manage data more concisely than with Notion, Google Sheets is also recommended. It makes it easier to find and manage the necessary information.

Summary

By using different tools appropriately, data management can become easier, which may lead to improved work efficiency. However, having to manually transfer the same information into two tools could be considered a disadvantage.

This is where the app integration we discussed comes into play. By automating input tasks, efficiency increases, and the benefits of each tool can be felt more strongly.
Even automation, which was difficult before, can be easily implemented with Yoom as it requires no programming. Please give it a try!

After working as a general store manager, I started working from home as an SEO writer. Later, an outsourcing agreement was signed with a marketing startup for about 5 years. Surrounded by students at the University of Tokyo, I held a computer and spent my days studying various business terms and how to use SaaS tools. When I was a general store manager, time was taken over and over again by office work such as sales and inventory management, human resource management, and ordering, etc., and I was unable to serve customers and often missed sales times. Even when outsourcing, there are many detailed tasks such as input, etc., and “can't such monotonous tasks be automated?” I thought so, and I really sympathize with Yoom's vision!

With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Don't Just Connect Apps—Automate Everything
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.

Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
