CloudSign is a tool that manages issued forms until they are finalized and visualizes the process.
Additionally, by managing transaction and customer information registered in Salesforce along with the forms, it facilitates smooth information sharing within the team.
However, manually updating Salesforce information every time a CloudSign contract is completed can decrease work efficiency.
By utilizing this flow, Salesforce data is automatically updated after a contract is completed in CloudSign, eliminating manual work.
Since data is added by referencing information, it prevents human errors such as input mistakes or omissions.

・Please integrate both CloudSign and Salesforce with Yoom.
・Salesforce is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections of the configured flow bot will result in errors, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are normally restricted.
・Triggers can be set to activate at intervals of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
・Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
