Salesforce is a very powerful tool for customer management, but timely communication in the process from lead acquisition to deal conversion is essential for improving conversion rates. However, manually transferring information to Google Sheets at the right time based on lead information can be burdensome and poses a risk of oversight.
By utilizing this flow, data is automatically transferred to Google Sheets as soon as a record is registered in a Salesforce custom object, eliminating the need for manual data entry by the personnel, significantly improving work efficiency and reducing the risk of human error.
