■Overview
This is a flow to register information from kintone into your company's core system using browser RPA.
By using a trigger with a Chrome extension, you can directly activate the trigger from kintone.
■Recommended for
1. Those who utilize kintone in their business
・Those who register information per record and manage the number of cases
・Those who process according to the status of records
2. Those who utilize their company's core system
・Those who centrally manage information for various operations
■Benefits of using this template
kintone is a tool that allows smooth registration and management of information.
Additionally, registering information into your company's core system can enhance accessibility to internal information.
However, re-entering information registered in kintone for sharing makes it difficult to maintain data consistency.
By utilizing this flow, you can reference information registered in kintone and complete registration into your company's core system using browser RPA.
This allows you to automatically complete registration tasks that were previously done manually, facilitating smooth business progress.
Furthermore, using the referenced information helps maintain the accuracy of registered information.
■Notes
・Please integrate kintone with Yoom.
・For instructions on setting up triggers using the Chrome extension, please refer to here.
・The operation to manipulate the browser is a feature available only in the Success Plan. For Free Plan, Mini Plan, and Team Plan, the operation of the configured flow bot will result in an error, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as the Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use operations that manipulate restricted apps and browsers.
