◼️Overview
When a document is finalized in CloudSign, the Salesforce opportunity stage is automatically updated.
After updating the opportunity stage, you can also add operations to notify through any preferred means such as Slack or email.
◼️Setup Instructions
1. Integrate both the Salesforce and CloudSign apps with Yoom (My Apps Integration).
2. Set up the account information to be integrated with the CloudSign trigger "When a document is finalized".
3. Use "Extract client name from document title" to extract text such as the client name from the document title, which will be used to search for the Salesforce opportunity.
4. In the Salesforce operation "Search Opportunity Record", configure the settings to search for the target opportunity. At this time, perform the search based on the information obtained in step 3 above.
5. In the Salesforce operation "Update Opportunity Stage to Contract Agreement", update the target opportunity stage. Once the setup is complete, change the trigger to ON.
◼️Notes
・It is necessary to set up the account information to be integrated in each app's operation.
・Replace the Salesforce configuration information with any desired values.
・Salesforce is an app available only on the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections set in the flow bot will result in an error, so please be careful.
