This workflow uses ChatGPT to automatically analyze messages received through your LINE Official Account and determine their sentiment and urgency. When a message is identified as highly urgent, it notifies the appropriate team member, enabling a faster response and helping improve the quality of customer support.

■Flowbot steps
  1. First, connect your LINE Official Account and ChatGPT to Yoom.
  2. Next, select your LINE Official Account as the trigger and set the action to “When a message is received from a user.”
  3. Then, set the “Generate text” action for ChatGPT in the operation and instruct it to analyze the sentiment and determine the urgency of the received message.
  4. Next, use the “Branch” operation to split the process based on ChatGPT’s analysis results, such as when the urgency is high.
  5. Finally, configure the LINE Official Account’s “Send text message” action to notify the appropriate team member or other recipient only when the urgency is high.
※“Trigger”: An action that initiates the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customizable points in this workflow
  • In the LINE Official Account trigger settings, you can specify the webhook used to receive messages.
  • For ChatGPT’s “Generate text” action, you can freely configure the prompt (instructions) used to analyze sentiment and determine urgency.
  • With the branching feature, you can customize the conditions used to split subsequent processes based on the text generated by ChatGPT.
  • For the LINE Official Account’s “Send text message” action, you can specify the user ID and message content for the notification.

■Notes
  • Connect both your LINE Official Account and ChatGPT to Yoom.
  • To run ChatGPT (OpenAI) actions, you need a paid OpenAI API plan that allows you to pay when the API is used. For details, see OpenAI pricing.
  • OpenAI charges for ChatGPT API usage based on the number of tokens used during API communication. Please note that an error will occur if you are not able to make payments when using the API.
  • Branching is an operation available on the Personal plan and higher. On the Free plan, operations configured in your Flowbot that use branching will result in an error.
  • Paid plans, such as the Personal plan, include a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are otherwise subject to plan restrictions.
