■Overview
Do you manually enter survey responses or application details collected through Google Forms into your Glide app one by one? This not only takes time but can also lead to input errors and missed entries. With this workflow, content is automatically added to a Glide table whenever a new response is submitted through Google Forms, reducing the effort required for data entry and keeping information up to date in real time.
■Who is this template for?
- Anyone who manages responses collected through Google Forms in a Glide app and finds manual data entry time-consuming
- Anyone looking to reduce the time spent on manual data entry and eliminate human error
- Business professionals who want to automate data synchronization across multiple apps using no-code tools
■Benefits of using this template
- Whenever a response is submitted through Google Forms, a new row is automatically added to the Glide table, reducing the time previously spent on manual data entry.
- Because the system transfers data automatically, it prevents human errors such as incorrect entries and missed transcription, helping maintain data accuracy.
■Workflow steps
- First, connect Google Forms and Glide to Yoom.
- Next, set the Google Forms trigger action, “When a response is submitted to a form,” and specify the form you want to use.
- Finally, set the Glide operation action, “Add a row to a table,” and map the form responses to the relevant fields in the table where you want to add them.
※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that performs processing within the flow after the trigger starts.
■Customization options
- In the Google Forms trigger settings, you can freely configure the questions, response formats, and other details to match your operations.
- In the Glide operation settings, choose the table where you want to add the data and map which form responses should be reflected in which table columns.
■Notes
- Connect both Google Forms and Glide to Yoom.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
- For instructions on how to retrieve response details when using Google Forms as the trigger, see How to retrieve response details with the Google Forms trigger.

Add Google Form responses to Google Sheets
When there is a response to a Google Form, the flow is to register the response in a Google Spreadsheet. Normally, when a response is submitted to a Google Form, the data is added to a specified Google Spreadsheet. However, in this flow, it is possible to add data to any specified Google Spreadsheet without complex settings in Google App Script. Additionally, it saves the effort of repeatedly entering data, allowing work to proceed smoothly, and records can be easily added to the Google Spreadsheet automatically, eliminating any gaps or omissions in information management.
