◼️Overview
When a new lead is registered in Salesforce, a notification is automatically sent to a designated room in LINE WORKS.
◼️Setup Instructions
1. Connect each of the Salesforce and LINE WORKS apps with Yoom. (My App Integration)
2. Set up the account information to be integrated with the trigger "When a new lead is created" in Salesforce.
3. In the LINE WORKS operation "Send a message to a talk room," set the destination and content of the notification message.
4. You can also include information obtained from Salesforce.
5. Once the setup is complete, change the trigger to ON.
6. A notification will be sent to LINE WORKS each time a new lead is registered.
◼️Notes
・It is necessary to set up the account information to be integrated in the operations of each app.
・Please replace the configuration information of LINE WORKS and Salesforce with your desired values.
・Salesforce is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections of the configured Flow Bot will result in an error, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are subject to restrictions.
