Transfer files uploaded to Box to Google Drive

With this workflow, uploading a file to Box automatically transfers it to a designated Google Drive folder, eliminating the need for manual file management and improving operational efficiency.

■Flowbot Steps

1. First, connect Box and Google Drive to Yoom.
2. Next, select Box as the trigger and set the action to “When a file is uploaded to a folder.”
3. Then, set Box’s “Download a file” action as an operation and specify the file detected by the trigger.
4. Finally, set Google Drive’s “Upload a file” action as an operation and upload the downloaded file.

■Customizing This Workflow

• In the action for uploading a file to Google Drive, set the ID of the folder where you want to store the file.
