This workflow automates the entire process and reduces manual effort: when a new response is submitted through Zoho Forms, AI analyzes the content and automatically generates a draft of the PR materials, then notifies the person in charge via Gmail once the draft is complete.

■Workflow

First, connect Zoho Forms and Gmail in Yoom's "My Apps."
Select Zoho Forms as the trigger and set the "When a form is submitted" action to start the workflow when a new response is received.
Next, select the text generation feature and use the "Generate text" action to have AI create a draft of the PR materials based on the response data received from Zoho Forms.
Finally, select Gmail and use the "Send an email" action to notify the specified email address with the generated draft of the PR materials.

※ "Trigger": An action that starts the workflow. "Operation": An action that processes data within the workflow after the trigger starts.

■Customization options

In the text generation settings, you can fine-tune the desired length of the PR materials draft, the instructions given to AI (prompt), and the output language (such as Japanese or English) to suit your needs.
In the Gmail email-sending action settings, configure the recipient email address, email subject, and email body according to your actual workflow.
