■Overview
Do you find it time-consuming and inefficient to create blog content based on responses collected through a form and then manually enter it into a Google Sheets spreadsheet for management? With this workflow, AI automatically generates a draft of the blog content when a form is submitted, and the information is added to Google Sheets. This streamlines the initial content creation process and information management.
■Recommended for
- Those who want to streamline the process of creating blog posts using information collected through forms
- Those who want to use AI to automate content drafting and spend less time brainstorming ideas
- Those who want to eliminate manual data entry in Google Sheets and reduce human error
■Benefits of this template
- Automate the entire process—from form submission and AI-powered drafting to recording information in Google Sheets—to reduce the time required for content creation and management.
- Eliminate manual data entry and transcription to prevent human errors such as input mistakes and omissions, helping improve data accuracy.
■Workflow
- First, connect Google Sheets to Yoom. Configure the integration with Google Sheets from the “My Apps” screen in Yoom.
- Next, select Yoom’s “Form Trigger” feature as the trigger and configure the workflow to start “When a form is submitted.” Set up form fields to collect the information needed for the blog post, such as the topic, keywords, and target audience.
- Then, select Yoom’s “AI” feature under Operations and configure the “Generate text” action. Write detailed instructions (a prompt) for the AI to create a draft of the blog content using the information received through the form trigger.
- Finally, select “Google Sheets” under Operations and configure the “Add a record” action. Set up the workflow to automatically add the AI-generated blog draft and the information received through the form to the specified columns in Google Sheets.
※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the workflow after the trigger starts.
■Customization options
- For the action that adds a record to Google Sheets, specify the spreadsheet ID and the sheet where the information should be added.
- It is also important to accurately map each piece of data received from the form and each section of the AI-generated text to the appropriate columns in Google Sheets, based on how you manage your information.
■Notes
- Connect Google Sheets to Yoom.
- The Form feature is available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free and Personal plans, operations and Data Connects in configured workflows will result in errors.
- Paid plans such as the Personal, Mini, Team, and Success plans include a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are otherwise subject to plan restrictions.
