■Flowbot Steps

1. First, connect Box and Google Sheets to Yoom.
2. Select Box as the trigger and set it to “When a file is uploaded to a folder.”
3. Next, configure the Box operation “Download a file” and specify the file uploaded by the trigger.
4. Then, configure the OCR feature to extract text from the downloaded file.
5. Configure the AI feature to translate the text extracted by OCR into your desired language.
6. Configure the document generation feature to output the translation and other information to a Google Sheets template.
7. Finally, configure the Box operation “Upload a file” and store the generated Google Sheets file in the specified folder.

■Customization Options

• In the Box trigger settings, specify the folder you want to monitor.
• For the OCR feature, configure which sections of images or PDF files you want to extract text from.
• For AI-powered translation, freely specify the text to translate, such as information extracted by OCR, and the target language, such as English or Chinese.
• For the document generation feature, set your Google Sheets template and specify which information should be output to each cell.
• For the final file upload to Box, you can specify the destination folder and file name.

• Connect Box and Google Sheets to Yoom.
• The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Please note that the limit may be lower than 300 MB depending on the app specifications.

• The AI operations for OCR and audio transcription are available only on the Team and Success plans. Please note that on the Free and Mini plans, the configured Flowbot operations will result in an error.
• Paid plans, including the Team and Success plans, offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and AI features (operations) that are subject to plan restrictions.
• Flowbots with more than five operations can be configured on the Mini plan or higher. Please note that Flowbots will not run on the Free plan.
