When an OGG file is uploaded to Box, convert it to an MP3 file with RPA and save it to Google Drive

■Flowbot Steps

1. First, connect Box and Google Drive to Yoom
2. Next, select Box as the trigger and set the action to “When a file is uploaded to a folder”
3. Next, set the Box “Download a file” action as an operation to retrieve the file detected by the trigger
4. Next, configure a branch so that subsequent steps run only when the uploaded file is in OGG format
5. Next, set the RPA “Operate the browser” feature as an operation to automatically convert the file format
6. Next, set the data transformation feature to “Replace data using regular expressions” and format the converted file name as needed
7. Finally, set the Google Drive “Upload a file” action to store the converted MP3 file in the specified folder

• In the Box trigger settings, specify the folder where you want to detect file uploads
• With the branching feature, you can flexibly customize the conditions for running the process based on information such as the file name and extension
• You can flexibly configure the browser actions set with the RPA feature to match your environment and the tools you use
• When setting the Google Drive file upload action, specify the destination folder

• The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Please note that this limit may be lower than 300 MB depending on the app specifications.

• Branching is an available feature (operation) on the Mini plan and higher. On the Free plan, the configured Flowbot operation will result in an error.
