- First, connect Outlook and Zoho Mail to Yoom.

- Finally, set the “Send an email” action for Zoho Mail in the operation settings to send a notification email based on the content of the received email.

■Customizing This Workflow
- In the branching settings, specify the conditions for emails that should trigger notifications, such as a specific subject line or sender email address.
- In the Zoho Mail “Send an email” action, specify the account ID used for notifications, the notification recipient’s email address, and other details.
■Notes
- Connect both Outlook and Zoho Mail to Yoom.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest available interval varies by plan.
- Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) offers plans for home users and business plans (Microsoft 365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a business plan.
- Branching is an operation available on the Personal plan and above. On the Free plan, configured flow bot operations will result in an error.
