Add attendees to Microsoft Excel when they register in Eventbrite

Add attendees to Microsoft Excel when they register in Eventbrite

Launch this workflow to connect Eventbrite & Microsoft Excel !

■Overview

How do you manage attendees for events hosted on Eventbrite? Manually transferring attendee information to Microsoft Excel each time is not only time-consuming but also prone to data entry errors. With this workflow, whenever an attendee registers on Eventbrite, their information is automatically added to a Microsoft Excel list, helping you streamline event management.

■Who Should Use This Template

  • Anyone who manually manages event attendees using Eventbrite and Microsoft Excel
  • Anyone who wants to eliminate errors when transferring data from Eventbrite to Microsoft Excel
  • Anyone who wants to automate routine event management tasks and focus on core activities such as planning

■Benefits of Using This Template

  • Automatically add attendee information to Microsoft Excel when someone registers on Eventbrite, reducing the time spent on manual data entry
  • Eliminate the need for manual data entry and prevent human errors such as transfer mistakes or missed registrations when moving information from Eventbrite to Microsoft Excel

■Flowbot Steps

  1. First, connect Eventbrite and Microsoft Excel with Yoom
  2. Next, select Eventbrite as the trigger and set the action to “When an attendee is registered or updated”
  3. Then, configure a branch in the operation and set it to add information to Microsoft Excel only when specific conditions are met
  4. Finally, configure Microsoft Excel’s “Add a record” action in the operation to add attendee information to the specified file

※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger runs.

■Customization Options

  • In Microsoft Excel’s “Add a record” action, specify the file and sheet where you want to add the information
  • Choose which attendee information to add to Microsoft Excel, such as names and email addresses, based on the output obtained from the Eventbrite trigger
  • Set the conditions for when information should be added to Microsoft Excel using the branching feature

■Notes‍

  • Connect both Eventbrite and Microsoft Excel to Yoom.
  • You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
  • Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
  • Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) offers plans for home use and business plans (Microsoft 365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a business plan.
  • Branching is an operation available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free plan, configured Flowbot operations will result in an error.
  • Paid plans, including the Mini plan, offer a two-week free trial. During the trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are subject to plan restrictions.
