■How the Flowbot Works

2. Next, select Close as the trigger and set the action to “When a task is completed.”
3. Then, configure a branching operation so that the flow proceeds to the subsequent Gmail-sending process only when specific conditions are met.
4. Finally, configure Gmail’s “Send an email” action as an operation and send an email to the specified recipients.
