When a specific lead is created in Bitrix24, create a customer in Shopify

When a specific lead is created in Bitrix24, create a customer in Shopify

Launch this workflow to connect Bitrix24 & Shopify !

■Overview

Are you manually transferring lead information managed in the CRM tool Bitrix24 to Shopify, the platform powering your online store? This task is not only time-consuming but can also lead to human errors such as incorrect data entry. This workflow automates the integration between Bitrix24 and Shopify. When a new lead is created in Bitrix24, the customer information is automatically registered in Shopify, eliminating the need for manual data entry and streamlining your operations.

■Who Is This Template For?

  • Those who use both Bitrix24 and Shopify and find it tedious to enter customer information twice
  • Those responsible for preventing data entry errors and omissions when transferring data from Bitrix24 to Shopify
  • Those who want to automate the process from lead acquisition to customer conversion and streamline their e-commerce operations

■Benefits of Using This Template

  • When a lead is created in Bitrix24, the customer information is automatically registered in Shopify, reducing the time previously spent on manual data entry
  • By eliminating manual data transfers, this workflow prevents human errors such as incorrect entries and registration omissions, helping maintain accurate customer data

■Flowbot Workflow

  1. First, connect Bitrix24 and Shopify to Yoom
  2. Next, select Bitrix24 as the trigger and set the action to “When a new lead is created”
  3. Next, select Branching in Operations and set the branching conditions.
  4. Next, set the Bitrix24 “Get contact information” action in Operations to retrieve the detailed information associated with the lead
  5. Finally, set the Shopify “Register customer information” action in Operations and link the information retrieved in the previous step to register the customer

※ “Trigger”: An action that initiates the flow. “Operation”: An action that performs processing within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customizing This Workflow

  • In the Shopify “Register customer information” action, configure fields such as the customer’s name, email address, and phone number
  • By linking each field to the lead and contact information retrieved from Bitrix24 in the previous step, you can automatically populate the information
  • Set your preferred branching conditions under “Branching”

■Notes

  • ‍‍Connect both Bitrix24 and Shopify to Yoom.
  • Shopify is available only on the Team and Success plans. Please note that on the Free and Mini plans, operations and Data Connects in configured Flowbots that use Shopify will result in errors.
  • Paid plans such as the Team and Success plans include a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are subject to plan restrictions.
  • You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
  • Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies by plan.
  • See this article for instructions on retrieving email addresses and phone numbers from Bitrix24.
