■Overview
Do you spend too much time reviewing invoices and purchase orders uploaded to Box and manually creating Issues in Taiga? Although this process is routine, it takes time to review and enter information and can lead to transcription errors. This workflow connects Taiga and Box, automatically reads the contents of uploaded files using OCR, and creates Issues in Taiga, helping you streamline these tasks.

- Team leaders considering connecting Taiga and Box to improve project management efficiency

■Benefits of This Template
- Automate the entire process, from reading files with OCR to creating Issues in Taiga, triggered by a file upload to Box, and reduce time spent on manual work.
- Eliminate manual data entry to help prevent human errors such as incorrect input and missed checks.
■Workflow

- Next, set Box’s “Download a file” action as an operation.
- In the operation after branching, set the OCR feature to “Read any image or PDF” and extract text from the downloaded file.
- Finally, set Taiga’s “Create Issue” action as an operation and create an Issue based on the extracted information.
※“Trigger”: An action that starts a workflow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within a workflow after the trigger starts.
