- Connect both ChatGPT and Gmail to Yoom. Any tools (apps) used within the AI worker must also be connected under My Apps.

- The number of AI workers that can run simultaneously, the number that can be created, and the AI models available depend on your current plan.
- The apps, operations, and other features available within an AI worker are subject to the same usage limits as Flowbots.
- AI workers consume tasks during test runs just as they do during production runs. For details, see “[AI Worker] How task execution counts are calculated”.
- AI workers are more likely to process tasks correctly when their instructions are configured in detail. For details, see “[AI Worker] How to create instructions”.
- To run ChatGPT (OpenAI) actions, you need an OpenAI paid API plan (a plan that allows you to pay when the API is used).
- OpenAI charges for ChatGPT API usage based on the number of tokens used during API communication. An error may occur if you are unable to make payments when using the API.
