◼️Overview
・When an email is received, the file attached to that email is automatically sent to the LINE WORKS chat room.
・If the email does not have an attached file, a separate notification is made to the route without attachment.
・File sharing and communication can be done smoothly without directly accessing the email.

◼️Setup Method
①Select the email trigger from the trigger and perform the following settings, then save.
・Create a receiving address: Enter any string and copy the address.
・Trigger conditions: Set the subject or body conditions to activate the trigger as desired.
・Test on the next page: Send a demo email with a file that meets the conditions to the copied receiving address, test it, and confirm receipt.
※It may take some time to obtain results from sending the email to testing.

②Press the + mark under the trigger, select the branching operation, perform the following settings, and save.
・Operation: Select email trigger・Output: Set to attached file 1・Condition: Set to not empty・Value: Blank
③Press the + mark in the direction that is not empty, select the action to obtain the file upload URL from LINE WORKS from the operation that links with the app, perform the following settings, and test and save.
・Bot ID: Obtain and enter the bot ID set in advance from LINE WORKS.
・File name: Enter any file name with an extension. (If you want to use the file name attached to the email trigger as is, dynamically embed the output from the email trigger like {{attached file 1}}. ※For details on dynamically embedding output, please refer here.https://intercom.help/yoom/ja/articles/8223528
④Press the + mark, select the action to execute the file upload from LINE WORKS from the operation that links with the app, perform the following settings, and test and save.
・File upload destination URL: Embed the upload destination URL obtained in ③ like {{file upload destination URL}}.
・File name: Enter the same file name as in ③.
・File attachment method: Select to use output.
・Output name: Select attached file 1 attached to the email trigger.
⑤Press the + mark, select the action to send a message to the LINE WORKS chat room from the operation that links with the app, perform the following settings, and test and save.
・Bot ID: Select the bot ID participating in the chat room you want to send to.
・Chat room ID: Transition to the chat room you want to notify, obtain the chat room ID, and enter it.
・Message: Enter any message.
⑥Press the + mark, select the action to send a file to the LINE WORKS chat room from the operation that links with the app, perform the following settings, and test and save.
・Bot ID: Select the bot ID participating in the chat room you want to send to.
・Chat room ID: Transition to the chat room you want to notify, obtain the chat room ID, and enter it.
・File ID: Embed the file ID obtained in ④ as output.
⑦Press the + mark in the other direction of the branch, select the action to send a message to the LINE WORKS chat room from the operation that links with the app, perform the following settings, test, save, and complete the setup.
・Bot ID: Select the bot ID participating in the chat room you want to send to.
・Chat room ID: Transition to the chat room you want to notify, obtain the chat room ID, and enter it.
・Message: Enter any message.
