■Overview
When you post attendance information to the LINEWORKS attendance bot, clock-in and clock-out records are automatically recorded in freee HR.
This integration enables efficient attendance management.
■Setup Method
1. Activate the flow bot with the "When callback is received" action in LINEWORKS.
2. Branch based on whether there is a clock-out greeting like "I'm leaving/Thank you for your hard work."
3. If there is no clock-out greeting like "I'm leaving/Thank you for your hard work," search for the sender's member account with the "Retrieve records" action in the spreadsheet, and use the obtained freee HR account ID to clock in on freee HR.
4. If there is a clock-out greeting like "I'm leaving/Thank you for your hard work," search for the sender's member account with the "Retrieve records" action in the spreadsheet, and use the obtained freee HR account ID to clock out on freee HR.
