With this workflow, simply updating a specific row automatically retrieves and updates the related information in another sheet, helping you resolve these issues seamlessly.

When information in one Google Sheet is updated, it is automatically copied to and updated in cells in another sheet, reducing the time spent on manual work.

■Flowbot steps

First, connect Google Sheets to Yoom.
Next, select Google Sheets as the trigger, set the “When a row is updated” action, and specify the source spreadsheet and tab.
Then, set the Google Sheets “Retrieve multiple records (up to 300)” action as an operation to retrieve information from the destination sheet.
Next, set the “Repeat the same process” operation to run the process for each retrieved record.
Finally, add the Google Sheets “Update a record” action within the repeated process to update the cells in the destination sheet.

※ “Trigger”: An action that initiates the flow. “Operation”: An action that performs processing within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization options

For the trigger’s “When a row is updated” action, set the spreadsheet ID and tab name of the source Google Sheet as needed.
For the “Retrieve multiple records” and “Update a record” actions, set the spreadsheet ID and tab name of the destination Google Sheet as needed.

■Notes

Connect Google Sheets to Yoom.
You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
